2. Submitting Your DMCA Notice

3. What Happens Next

Once we receive your valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review it.

If the claim is valid, the allegedly infringing material will be removed or disabled.

We may also notify the user who uploaded or published the material about the complaint.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may send us a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location.

Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the copyright owner files a court action within the legally required timeframe.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Kyral reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
